cash crusaders only cares about money no customer service or pride in their shops

i bought n washing machine from the blue valley branch mid Sept, The washing machine started making awful noises when spinning sounds like its falling apart, I called the manger yesterday and he said he will get the technician to call me to come out and have a look after i send him a video of what the machine is making, I had to follow up the entire time after saying the person will call me after lunch i am still waiting, I cant sit without a washing machine, The manager there has not interest to assist customers that buys defaulted items, @ months ago my friend bought a iphone from the elarduspark branch the day after wards he returned the phone due to the speaker been broken they wanted to fix the phone again at the shop where they took it to be fixed after a previous customer brought it back also same fault the speaker, The owner of the store where they fixed it said to my friend cash crusaders knew that phone had a problem with its speaker but still sells it to customers, be very careful when you buy electronics from cash crusaders
