I got the cash crusaders WhatsApp number for sales online for cash crusaders Northmead Square in Benoni they couldn’t assist me on the 16/01/2021 due to the buy shop being closed the person on the other end of the WhatsApp advised me that he will send me the offer price on the 17/01/2021 morning I waited till 11:00am with no text,I texted the WhatsApp number again to get more clarity I was blue ticked till COB which means I couldn’t sell my product .I haven’t received any reply as yet , is this how you’ll treat you’llcustomers why put up a WhatsApp that will assist people and make lives easier if you’ll gonna blue tick and ignore people that text them ,rather keep me informed then ignoring our texts like we are fools this is not professional. Management needs to train their staff
