CASH CRUSADERS NORTHCLIFF PATHETIC

I have a Dixon amp TMS 8, my sound IC's blew. I phoned head office they instructed me to take it to the nearest cash crusaders store which is Northcliff. I took it within a few days they phoned me to tell me the guys can not fix my amp I can come and fetch it, when I went to fetch it, a whole piece was broken off , *****s were missing. I told them I am not taking the amp like this as I never brought it in like this, the staff members all gave me bad attitude. I then left my amp there they send they will send it back and give me feedback with regard to how they going to fix it as we said glue is not the solution we never brought it like that and we are going to take it somewhere private to get it fix so glue won't look nice at all. Every time I must phone the shop to follow up its been almost 2 weeks now and nothing has happened. I am very upset about this and I am not going to leave it like this.
