Cash Crusaders - Never again!

This place is one of the worst shops ever bought from.

We bought a ps remote, while purchasing there was no mention of a 7 day return, the half helping lady only said we can bring the stuff back in 6 months if it doesn't work.

So now the remote is not working and we took it back only to be told they refuse to refund or exchange, they can only send it for repairs which will take 7 to 21 days, so lets be honest earliest 21 days! So for 21 days we can not do anything with the ps because they took the remote.

The music is SO loud in that shop that you cant speak to one another in the shop, the ladies in front that are supposed to help you, is laying back as if this is a resort...how can you as a manager allow that in your shop or do you also not care?

I will never purchase anything there again, yet another customer fooled Cash Crusaders!!
