Cash Crusaders N1 City Bad service

OK so I bought a Sony m4 aqua from cash crusaders n1 I tried to return it today because of the problems this phone had they refused to take the phone back in exchange for my money and told me I had to pick a different phone I ended up waiting an hour And a half waiting for someone to assist me and also received an attitude from the old woman who I would assume is the manager I would highly recommend that the staff of cash crusaders n1 get tought on how to treat their customers because honestly I've never had such bad service in my life And still the fact that I had asked them if the phone has any problems that I could return it for a cash refund and that they agreed up until I brought it back only to be told of how that isn't how it works and that the t&c's on the slip don't apply to most of there products is pure bs
