Cash crusaders must burn!

On a recent visit to CashCrusaders Gatesville in an attempt to pay for an extension in my Mobile phone that I had pawned there because of cash constraints following the very recent passing of my Mother, I was very strangely surprised that the senior staff of the store including cashier could not explain to me how their system operates... Which they operate on a daily basis, telling me that's how their system works and couldn't explain to me exactly how the amount which was requested of me to pay was not the same as what it stated in the pawn document. What was even stranger is the attitude I was served with while questioning the obvious facts. Is this what has become of the is service industry?! Is this what was intended as part of the his business plan when CEO Sean Stegman started the Franchise Group? I am now not even at 2months into my loan/pawn agreement having to pay almost double from my initial loaan amount of R1000 which is pathetic!! May Cash crusaders Burn from drying out the needy in desperate times. Shame on You CC!!!
