Cash Crusaders - Moruleng Mall

I took my X95 DOOGEE phone to Moruleng Mall Cash Crusaders for screen repair and they didn't give me a receipt as a proof. The same day I was called to come and collect the receipt or send someone. On the 25 April 2023 I send my brother to come with the receipt and no one wanted to help him.

Instead the manager told him he speaks Chinese when speaking his home language Tswana. Mind you Moruleng Mall is located within Batswana villages. First time I send him it was on 22 April 2023 and they told him the store has been broken into so they can't help.

I think my phone has been ****** that's why they are taking us up and down. And this is not the first I complain about this store but that time it had a different manager who can understand Chinese (Tswana) as the current manager called it and by that time he didn't go up and down he helped me.

On the 25 April 2023, I send my complain to head office via online contact us meaning 7 days ago even today no response. Cash Crusaders is one of the worst store ever, they don't care about their customers any more.

I will advise people to check reviews when buying at their stores. We can't be complain now and then with our hard earned money.
