Cash Crusaders - Misleading Consumers & Rude

On 9 May, I purchased an item that was marked at R219,95 but had a promotion sticker on it for R149,95<br> <br> The assistant that helped me choose the right item, took the item from the rack and carried it to the till point. Upon charging the item, the original price was charged. As I was also buying another item with this, I realised after paying that I was charged the original R219,95. When I queried this with the manager, and waiting 15 minutes to see her (Innocentia), she was very rude and refused to provide the item at the promotion sticker price. In addition, she maintained that anyone could have put the sticker there, at which time I perceived that she was implying me. I explained that she was responsible for quality and that seeing that the correct price is on an item was her function, as well as the part about the assistant that helped me, and she promptly refused to do anything and ended the conversation, at which point I told them that I would take this up with their head office and left the store with my goods.<br> <br>
