Cash Crusaders Midrand City

The way I love CC, I wish their Midrand City branch wasn't associated with the brand. It took 3hrs to receive assistance on an online order when I went to collect in-store. The service assistant assigned to me was so nonchalant, The store manager was no different. The item that I had bought wasn't working but they stalled giving me a refund, saying I'll have to wait for 7-10 days. I haven't even received a single apology from the staff, management or owner who was also there at the time. I had to drive from PTA to Midrand for that nonsense service that I absolutely denounce.
