Cash Crusaders Midrand at Boulders broke my computer and failed to fix it.

I had take a loan against my working computer and when i went to collect it was broken. To my surprise, it was taken to a guy (Informal computer technician) to open it and check what the problem was. after the guy failed, I was toled its a factory fault. I still paid for interests while they took it to their own company technicial who also failed to fix it. Now its with me and still broken. They say "we must give them goods in working condition and they will return it as such" but they failed.
