Cash crusaders meyerton useless since the new staff

This branch in Meyerton Gauteng is useless since the new staff took over wanted to take items in to borrow against them waited almost a hour before i got helped just to be told no they cant take my item as they dont have something they can test it on seriously!!! must i take in my whole system to test the item my item works 100% but they refused to take it and other customers items aswell
