Cash crusaders messed me up and they are going to regret

I borrowed 2k against my dressing ring worth 38k. I called cash crusaders to ask for their banking details after lockdown to update my initial interest on the item. June I paid and sent proof of payment to the email they gave me with the bank details. July,I paid on the date scheduled again still sent proof to the same email addres . On tuesday 29th I went there intending to collect my ring with a full settlement. They tell me they sold the ring to goldsmiths,apparently the manager say its because they didn't get the email. And he doesn't know the email adresses I sent to. I tell him I called to verify receipt and he wants me to tell him who I spoke to. The thing is that I paid by wire and they sold my ring without checking their bank account with my reference. . The manager says Its my loss. I tell him how come I sent to the wrong email but the account number is correct. I have all relevant proofs
