Cash Crusaders ****mers

Cash Crusaders The Reef are ****mers. Bought an external hard drive that doesn't work and took it back 3 days later. They said it must go to the IT department off site. We have been back there 3 times to now be told it has a virus and that the warranty is invalid as it is a second had item. The manager refused to help us.
