SOLD ****** ITEM!!! Purchased a Samsung A34 5G from Cash Crusaders Malvern on the online site, firstly damages were not mentioned online and just the camera lens and back cover was coming off, I Did order the new lens and special glue and a Phone case. When i decided to use the phone no sim cards work, contacted Samsung and they confirmed that the phone imei is blocked by the service provider. Trying to make contact with the store and their phone line doesn't work and reply or feedback on WhatsApp takes forever, have requested the owners contact me and still no response. There is a serious matter and looking to press charges if not resolved asap.
