I had a buy back at the Malmesbury Branch, my buy back expired and I were not in town. I phoned and arranged to come pay it the next day. <br> when I got there I were told, because I am one day late I must pay xtra interest. I were told by the assistant Manager that they have to work it out I must come back the next day, as the Manager must work it out. <br> went the next day, same story, waiting on Manager. It went on for more than a week and refusing to take my money. <br> Now that I want to get my things, it is all packed on the shelf and I must buy it at the selling price. some of it have sentimental value. I want to buy my things back at the price I had it on buy back, as it is not my fault I were messed around for 2 weeks. And now the Manager is telling me the assistant have no authority to put my things aside while they work out the xtra interest. <br> I want this sorted asap, not like the time I bought a \new"tv. Were in use every day in store"
