Cash Crusaders Mall@55 and Lifestyle@55 (DISGUSTING SERVICE)

I am honestly the biggest Dixon fan, i have speakers,soundbars and watch, for a cost effective solution to having top end products at a minimal cost. The part that frustrates me is that i now need to complain about the store i purchased it from and i am disgusted how bad the service is.

I purchased a Dixon watch on the 6th of February 2025. The watch worked amazingly until a button got stuck and the watch kept resetting itself. I proceeded to take the watch to the store I bought it from and was told they don't exchange or refund. They need to send the watch away and then make a decision.

I requested either a refund or an exchange, I don't want a watch that's been repaired.

I was then ignored by the manager and my watch lay on a table which I could see through their glass window. This is a ******** offense as the watch i bought is still in their possession and nothing has been done to satisfy me as a very disgruntled customer.

I then went to another cash crusaders up the road as I was told they have the same owner. Only to be told by the manager at that store that he needs to call the store then he will call me, needless to say no phone call back.

I then proceeded to call the store and speak to the manager, he was not helpful at all, I was frustrated and said this service is **** to which he rep**** dont swear at me, this is not directed at him and overall pathetic service, I then proceeded to how the **** is this service allowed, get the owner to call me.

The manager went on attack and said come to the store you ****nut and watch what will happen to you, I'm no specialist in SAPS, I do know that this is Crimin Injuria as well as Theft as my watch was paid for by me, however I am not a SAPS official and nor am I a Judge/Magistrate so I reserve the right to say this "Without Prejudice"

It's really sad to see this behavior especially when I have enjoyed their products they sell, and it must also be put on record that this is not my first complaint about these 2 stores, as the one day I went to get a loan after agreeing on a price over their whatsapp channel, I sat in the store for over a hour and a half to only be told they have run out of cash.

If you run such a big business with a National Brand behind you, one would think for your store to run out of cash that your business is not being run correctly and secondly maybe that's why they can't afford to refund a cheap watch.
