Cash Crusaders Mall@55

Everyone who knows Cash Crusaders at Mall@55, please do not buy anything from them. We bought an Apple watch that they showed us is working 100%. They showed us the front and that it is charging and the screen is working perfectly.

They kept the watch facing up the whole time and never showed us the back. The fault on our part is that we never looked at the back. The watch seemed to be in perfect condition.

When we got home, we put it on charge and the next day we set it up on the phone. That is when we realised that all the functions are not working. Not reading blood pressure, oxygen levels, recording work outs etc…

We went to Apple store to only then realize that the back plate over the sensors is cracked and damaged.

We went back to the store and complained about it. They insisted that the damage was caused by us. I did tell them that the staff never showed us the back of the watch and always kept it facing upwards when we bought it. They still kept to their stand point that we damaged it.

When I asked that they check the camera footage above the counter where we bought it, so that they can see that the sales person never showed us the back, they did not even answered me, just kept quiet and looked away. At that point they even called the security to come to the front.

So what are we to do now??
