Cash crusaders louis Trichardt very bad and disrespectful customer service

Cash crusaders Louis Trichardt, Limpopo. Very very bad upsetting service. I bought an Second hand Amplifier for car audio. So that I can balance my sound in the car with 2 Amplifiers. I connected the Amplifier an it only plays for one day. On the 6 January 2025 I took it back to the shop. They tested it and it shows protection light. They told me that they will take it for warranty fixing. After 2 weeks I went back to check it. An They told me that the will phone me after 21 days. 07 February 2025 I went back again since I never get a call.

Response from the shop: 1. He told the warrant guy not to fix it because according to him is a physical damage. I ask can u guys show me what you mean by physical damage. He said he didn't bother to open it. 2. He said I damaged so if I want them to fix. It I my pay. 3. He also said I must go an report him and see what they will say.

My amplifier is still in the store. Never bothered to check it or anything. But the slip state 6 month warranty.

I will never again buy in any cash crusaders and this will not end here.
