Cash crusaders lost my phone!!

<p>I am a customer of Cash Crusaders (in Umlazi, Mega City Durban)who went there for a cash loan and secured my cash loan with my new Samsung note 5 (gold color), it was with them for two months where I was still paying the interest in order for them to keep it. I went there on the 1st of june 2016 to pay them in order to get my phone back of which I had to pay for first and only to find out that they had lost my phone. The guy Brian made me wait for over 30 mintues while he "searched" in the back only then to hand me a phone of some lady who didn't even introduce herself to tell me that they had lost my phone. I was astonished. She said that they had items lost while they were moving stores and my new phone just happened to be one of those things lost. I was never notified when they lost my property, they watch me pay thier interest for months and then let me pay thier full loan amount with interest only to tell me sorry we lost your goods. The negligence of the store is appaulling, the attitude of the manager even worst. This is how Cash crausaders treat thier customers you pay them and then they loose your most priced possesions. The manager has not even gotten back to me on how and when they are going to replace phone I guess its because the store is located in a BLACK neighbourhood and I am a black person this is how they treat you because I am almost certain if it was a white man this would have been resloved by now. I am in the process of opening up a ******** case against the store and fully intend on taking this matter further. For anyone who needs help with cash loans trust me DON'T GO TO Cash Crausaders!!!</p>
