Cash crusaders Lambton horrid service

Absolutely unprofessional! I was blocked after very respectfully asking to speak to a manager about the following issue. We bought a freezer in March last year. Whilst under warranty, it stopped working. A private technician was sent, who does not have any registration, he fixed it and gave another 6month guarantee,. This weekend the freezer stopped working again, exactly the same issue as before, we called the technician he refuses to acknowledge that it is within the 6month warranty he gave us. I called Cash Crusaders Lambton and related the issue, as I could see there was no resolution I asked to speak to the manager and was blocked off the consultants phone.

I've never experienced such ********* behavior!!!
