Bought a devil may cry 4 special edition game from their online website on 19 September and was sent a devil may cry hd collection even though there was a clear picture of the DMC4 game on their website

Asked for pictures and videos of the game as I was busy with the payment on their online website no pictures or videos was sent

Received the game on the 20th to my surprise it was the Devil may cry hd collection and not what was stipulated on their website contacted the store via call and WhatsApp to be told at first it's the right game when clearly it was 2 different games

Aubery and the sales consultant Rebo seeing as she was too scared to give me her full name yet was quick to throw her boss under the bus for this complaint are both ***********, all they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience"

They both proceeded to let me know that they used the wrong image on their website which shows they running *****ulent sales on their websites however Rebo assured me that a total of R335 will be refunded to my account to cover the shipping cost and game price

Don't buy from their online page ever, a bunch of children running their online store

Go to cash converters online store for better service atleast with their page what you see is what you get, won't be coming back to this store for anything.

Still awaiting my refund
