CASH CRUSADERS KLERKSDORP POOR POOR SERVICE

Cash crusaders' Klerksdorp customer service is very poor. I handed in my Nixon tablet for repair they promised feed back to give me a quote it is now 3 weeks I heard nothing I called the 5 days ago to ask they could not find my details I even gave them the receipt nr they refused and said it will be on the system they will call me back in an hour it is now already 120 hours
