Cash Crusaders Kimberley

I am very dissapointed at how these people do business.Bought a cellphone from them on 25/09/2018 which I paid cash for,phone started giving problems on 03/10/2018,just died,can't get it to power up again,not showing charging(as I thought battery went dead),keeps giving warning that I should unplug charger(when no charger is plugged in).Took it back got he response they will send it away as they don't have stock to test battery.A day after Itook mine in a friend of mine who also bought the same phone from them,took back his phone and got told same story,he insisted on a new phone,which I did also.His new phone will be delivered tomorrow but they can't replace mine.Total unfairness and even complaint to head office,which still has not called me back.Will never buy from this business again because they are *****ing your money
