Cash Crusaders Kempton Park poor service receivedwa

The experience I had with this store Cash Crusader Kempton Park is nothing but a disgrace as my issue is not resolved and I'm being promised lies. The manager said I will receive my home theater systems inputs on the 7th February which was on Tuesday but to date nothing has been done. No communicated made to advise of a way forward. It's so frustrating and un appropriate honestly that I bought a sound system 2022 Dec the 21st and had to return it since well I couldn't use it as inputs cables were missing. How could one advertise and sell a product knowing very well it has the main tool missing.

No one has ever contacted me, since me returning the system back to the store on the 3rd of February 2023.I am disappointed.
