I pawned my Smart TV at this store and I was truly puzzled that I was not allowed to use my ID to get my Smart TV back. I've seen other people before paying for their goods without a contract but I wasn't allowed to do the same. On top of that the guy that was helping me, his name is Lerato wanted me to beg him in order to get my goods from the store. I refused and seeked further help but I wasn't able to get help because he threaten his other colleagues about helping me.

This company/franchise is honestly operating under dodge rules, I've never heard that you can't use your ID to retrieve your goods from a pawn shop, if they don't want your ID and operate using Contracts, then why do they need a hard copy of your ID. This shouldn't be allowed, in fact it doesn't sound legal at all.

I advise most people to not do business with this store because you will lose your goods if you don't have a contract, even if you have money to pay for them. This isn't right, they are just bullying people and *****ing their goods. This isn't legal at all.
