“Cash Crusaders Jabulani Mall – Customer Service Deserves Negative Stars”

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Jabulani Mall branch. I visited the store to purchase an iPhone with a budget of R6,000. Consultant Andile assisted me by showing two options and explained that the iPhone 11 (256GB) would be a better choice compared to the 64GB model, which made sense to me.

While waiting for her to bring the phone, another customer approached and took a picture of the device I was about to purchase, stating that he had already placed it on lay-by the previous day. This situation was frustrating and left me feeling that the store lacks important customer service skills.

From consultants to management, it appears that customer service is not prioritized, and this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I believe improvements are needed to ensure that customers are treated fairly and professionally.
