Cash Crusaders is useless

Very bad with after sale service, I bought a Doogee phone from them, and I had a problem with the screen, the useless manager in wonderpark branch told me that he "unfortunately can't assist" not sure if I must throw the phone away or what!

Most useless after sale service I've ever got.
