Cash crusaders is robbing people

bought a playstation 3 controller on Tuesday 26 May 2020, when i got home i wasn't happy with the controller as it did't fully charge, when i took it back they said the item is working perfectly and that its fine, when i got home still it was giving me the same problem not getting fully charged, i called in today 28 May 2020 asking if i can speak to the manager, i spoke to the manager (Tshepo) and was shouted at and he kept hanging up on me, I explained to him my issue with the product and that if i can change the item for something else for the same value as i have paid and that i dont want a refund i want something for the same value that i have paid for, he then said he will refer me to their buying department and they wont offer me the same amount as i have paid for the device

Cash Crusaders Protea gardens mall is robbing people im really not happy with the service that they providing hope this gets heard by the correct people and this gets resolved
