Cash crusaders is pathetic

Cash Crusaders Mitch Promenade , every time I request pictures of item I dont get assistance from thus branch , I have been trying to get assistance since July 2025 , next branch is Chatsworth which read the whatsapp messages and don't respond, next branch is Malvern , no assistance in almost 2 years , when you phone they don't answer, I buy and sell watches so I deal with a lot of branches and have bought more than 20 watches but only get assistance once I report on this platform , I have to beg to spend my money , what is the purpose of having whatsapp details if you get no assistance, it would be 1000 times easier to shop with you guys online if the actual pictures of the items are listed like cash converters website then we would not have to beg for pictures on whatsapp
