Cash Crusaders is not trustworthy anymore

So I bought a mic around March at Cash Crusaders Field Street which was claimed to be for recording and since I had a friend who had the same kind of mic I bought it without a doubt. Long story short, it wasn't working well.I returned the mic to the shop and I showed them what the problem was since I brought my PC and it was taken to be fix. After a week I received a message telling me my item is back but I was in my hometown by then and I couldn't go and it was sunday. Monday was the looting day and everything was looted, I went there after a month to check since the status on google said it's open but I find it closed, I contacted some of their agents on whatsapp and they told me that they can only do something when they open. I can't record people, which is what I do to put food on the table, I can't buy a new mic not knowing if I will get a refund or not. I contacted them also via email no response. This is a third month without any help, I don't know what to do anymore. It's been too long other people are getting assisted but I'm not. I really need a refund if you can't give me the money back.
