Cash crusaders is a ****!

I regret the day I was financial oppressed and I trusted Cash Crusaders to open a loan with them with my laptop. I feel like I've been ****med my laptop. Cash Crusaders Randfontein... I've been paying via website or sms links I get and lately been battling to pay via website. Last month i took a day off from work to physically go to the store to show them my error because when we speak via a phone call all our calls doesnt end well so i took a day from work and went to the store to show them the errors on my phone and I was told to use links to pay and my expiry is the 4th November since I don't have time to go to store as I'm always at work. So this month I've been trying the website again from the 25th when I got paid till the 4th I send them a WhatsApp that I've been waiting for the link, the website still gives me trouble and also sent screenshots what should I do from Monday i enquired then tuesdaybthey asked for my ID number then this morning I ask again and I'm told that my laptop is already at the shelves. I cannot believe I lost my laptop even thou it's not my fault. Every month I have to fight with the store. I am defeated and feeling down that I lost my laptop when I've paid so much money already and lost my laptop over a lousy instalment of less than R200. I regret the day I went to trust that store and will never advise anyone to go there. Their website is **** and the link story does not work at all. I lost my laptop just like that, I don't know how I was supposed to go pay when I explained very well last month when I took a day off that I'm forever at work and by the time I get to Randfontein the shop is closed.
