Cash crusaders in Diepkloof square IS ROBBING PEOPLE

I went to cashcrusaders for a loan I hand in my laptop I took 900CAS my due date for the payment was on the 21may and their landline was not working and I knock off late and i didn't have money to buy it out on sunday morning I went to the shop it was 26th may 2019 I told them about my problem they asked for my proof I gave them my licence they checked on their system I was told that my laptop is on sale I asked them not to sell it ill come on sunday the 2nd of june they said I must talk to james hes the manager he came I explained my story to him he went to the till he came back to me he said he have 2 options.... 1.i buy it for cash I pay 2500 2.i lay-Buy it I pay 3500... Buy that time I only had 350 to pay for interest I told him I have 350 he said ohk let me tell them that they must put it aside you'll come sunday the 2nd he went to the till they printed out the price they went to their book they tick it......i left the shop on tuesday 28th I phoned the owner called mubarach I explained to him about the issue he said I must speak to james I said ohk i hanged up............saturday morning 1st june 2019 I went to the shop I asked for james they said hes in the meeting I told them im here to buy out my laptop they told me that my laptop is being sold on the 24th i told them I dont understand coz was here last week Sunday I was told to laybuy the laptop so when your saying you sold it i don't get you I said ohk I'll wait for james the manager.....after 5minutes he came HE SAW ME HE THEN SAID AW YOU MANAGED TO COME TODAY HE ASKED FOR ID or LICENCE I gave him my licence when he comes back he said theres a problem they sold your laptop on Wednesday 29th how come the other staff member says it was sold on the 24th and he as a manager says it was sold 29th he went to the till again he said it was sold on the 24th.....i asked him you were sayin i must laybuy it knowing that its not here he said no the laptop was here on the 26th.......SO I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY OPERATE PLZ HELP ME WERE TO NOW
