Cash Crusaders illegitimate trade

With trust that the products would be legit, i bought 2 laptops for my children for schooling purpose, little did i know that the laptops were altered internally and now face substantial repairs if not replacements required. It is abominable that a company would sell inadequate products like this and then sweep it in under the rug claiming that they either did not know and that the product was legit according to them, i call you out Cash Crusaders to fix this what you claim as trustworthy business? I dont believe you.
