Cash Crusaders horrible refund policy
Cash Crusaders has one of the worst refund polices!! I bought wireless earphones for R340 and they stopped working after 3 days, I took back the following weekend because I work during the week (after 10 days to be exact) and they said they'll have to take them to repairs for 21 days. I wasn't happy but fine. Then after 21 days they came back and they still not working and they wont give me another pair or a refund. They taking them in for 21 days again!! I have no earphones and no money! And the worst customer service at that! They make it seem like I deserve it! Cash Crusaders Northmed Benoni!! 😡
