Cash crusaders herm****

I am working in cape town forgot my laptop charger at home as I was working in the overberg I asked my brother to purchase a universal laptop charger at cash crusaders Herm**** with loadshedding and all I only connected the charger the next day and it immediately gave the rejection that the charger won't charger the laptop as I was working in genadendal hermnus I very far so when I return home I asked my brother to take it back as it was not used .not even 5 days old we are told we will only get back 120 but this was purchased at 350 what kind of service or policy is this that you cannot even exchange or replace as this was not tested in the shop I am not leaving this as it is ! This is *****ing from us! Please refund me immediately!!!!
