Cash Crusaders Head office no good.

Me again. I'm sorry for the management of Twin City, it's not their fault but their Head Office.

My husband bought a Doodgy phone last year July. The phone give problems from day one. It was sent for repairs 6th times. Yesterday we took it back again for the same problem also now it switching itself of and needs to be setup again. The manager phoned head office. We request a refund or any other item to the value in the shop except a phone. Head office refused and suggested that it should be sent for repairs again. We never had a privilege of using the phone. What can we do in this regard.

Cash Crusaders head office is of no use..

We want a refu d on the R 3000.00 phone because its useless. It only give frustration.
