Cash Crusaders head office fails to give customers feedback
Writing a second review as I havent had feedback from cash crusaders head office regarding my initial complaint (which was in september) about cash crusaders east rand mall, who sold one of my items that was still under a loan contract. They only called me back to say that they had only spoken to the person responsible and they had given them the wrong dates on when I was there to pay for my item. Nothing else had been done towards an investigation regarding my item that was sd while still under loan contract. I am still waiting for them to give me feedback

Please note to date I still havent been contacted for feedback. Elijah who was dealing with my complaint initially did call me one morning before 8 o clock, I had told him to please call me back in half an hour as I was taking my kids to school. He didn't call back, and to date I still have no feedback as to was any investigation done. When he initially called as I said in my previous complaint, he had only asked about the dates when I was there, I had told him to check on the stores cctv footage to confirm the date I was at the store to pay, he said he would check and call me back. He hasnt. I have been emailing him as well, and to date he hasnt rep**** to one email. Just to add, he didn't treat me like I am the customer thats complaining. Very dude
