CASH CRUSADERS HEAD OFFICE DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS

I took my PlayStation 5 in for a loan to Cash Crusaders Town Square in Roodepoort. I've never had an issue dealing with them before so if I need a small loan in a hurry I go there. Last week when I went to collect my PlayStation 5, I was informed that it was ****** so I could either get a replacement or get the cash for it. I opted to take the cash which is R12000. They then told me that payments had to be made by head office, and that they're only done on a Friday. I was ok with that too. The payment only reflected on Monday evening and to my surprise they only paid me R1200! They short paid me by R10800! I've been calling their head office nonstop to have this resolved however nothing seems to happen. No one returns my calls! I did liaise with a guy named "Kyle" last week when I was following up on the payment. Today when I called the Cape Town Head Office, I was met with an exceptionally rude receptionist who said that there were now 4 Kyles, and they weren't sure with which one I was dealing with! I called the store, they emailed they're head office and still waiting for a reply. Their head office does not provide feedback of any kind to the store or the customer. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I want my money paid out today and I refuse to wait another day until it's convenient for the people at Cash Crusaders Head Office to make payments. This is absolutely preposterous in this day and age!!!
