Cash crusaders have no mercy

I am not happy with cash crusaders at Maitland Bloemfontein... I have 3 items with them for loan and each item has its own date of payment.. On the 17th January when i paid for another item i asked them to combine all my items and make them one contract and the cashier agreed. The last item i was suppose to pay on the 22th of January 2024 so normally i get messages that reminds me to pay and i didnt get that message so i thought they have already combined them.. On Tuesday the 23rdJanuary i called just to confirmed that it has been combined they told me that my contract has been removed since i didnt pay.. Normally they give me an extended period to pay but this time when i went to see the manager and explained to him about what happend the manager was not interested in what i had to say he kept saying i was supposed to pay on the date that the contract says i must pay at.. So i am very dissapointed and i am not willing to loose my Home theatre just like that. I need your help to get back my Home theatre as i have been an honest customer at cash crusaders.. I cant afford to lose it..
