Had such a battle to get in touch with the branch to let them know that due to my circumstances that I was unable to get to their store. Currently living in a shelter under quarantine due to positive cases of Corona I was unable to go out and find temporary work for myself, to pay the amount due for the release of my phone and this I had made clear to the management of this branch via email, telephone and via WhatsApp chat. They wanted me to EFT a payment to extend my item on a buy-back but even this was not possible for me because I could not go out and work. They have now released my phone which is my only personal item of value and failed to make mention of it to me. I hate this branch and feel that they do not value their customer nor do they empathize with our situations. There is a total lack of communication even for days and getting a decent answer is also a myth with them. DO NOT SHOP THERE THEY ARE A RIP-OFF AND *****S!
