Cash Crusaders Flamwood Walk

I have been enquiring since Friday 14 march about a watch I saw online at the Cash Crusaders Flamwood Walk branch . When I sent a whatsapp to get assistance they just read the messages and don't reply , when I call the store they are cutting the call , this service is unacceptable and I am a loyal client who has purchased many watches for Cash crusaders but only seem to get service once I complain on hello peter. I do understand that I am not the only client but to read the messages and not reply is the same thing as showing me the middle finger and 4 days to get 1 picture of the item , maybe Cash crusaders needs to start advertising the actual items then we won't need to get frustrated on the whatsapp line
