Cash Crusaders

I bought a new JEBSON computer keyboard from Cash Crusaders Overport 11 months ago, now the lettering on the keys has come off, so unless you know the exact position of all the keys you don't know which keys to press. The receipt states 12 months warranty on all electrical goods, when I phoned the store I was told no, it doesn't apply we can't help you, staff totally unhelpful. I phoned and WhatsAp'd their head office, got pushed around until told we can't help you. Trying to talk to Cash Crusaders is like trying to speak to the Municipality, an excercise in futility. I should have checked all the Hello Peter complaints before buying from them, I won't be fooled again...
