Cash crusaders

I called cash crusaders Vincent a week ago to do an extension as i wasn't around to pay interest. The lady gave me the date of the 29th, when i go pay im told the laptop is sold and i was treated like i never made the call , i asked if i bring records proving i called am i going to get my laptop and the data in it back ? That's when they decided to call the manager who said if i do prove i called I'll get a new laptop. How true is this because I'm suffering because I didn't remember the name of the consultant who helped me. I want my laptop
