Cash crusaders excuses for bad service looting and covid

My phone broke i understand we have a pandemic and the strikes and looting but how long does it take them to get your stuff fix the only 2 people that helped me to thus far is tyrone at cash crusaders kathu and kept me calm till date but i understand they can only do so much. I also have a work and i can not hide behind what is going on in the world i need to ensure my clients are happy. Thanks tyrone and dawie for all the help so far and sorry but i am frustrated and know you can only do so much wish all your branches and the persons working on the rejects or broken stuff are as sufficient as you guys.
