Cash Crusaders empty promises!

I should ask wheres the zero rating option? I bought a cellphone from these guys. When I questioned the 3G signal strength of the phone, the salesman told me its a "fast" 3G. Also saying its similar to a PC. Whatever he meant with that. Yet I believed & trusted in his product knowledge and assurance. Im in the referral marketing business and do alot of business online. Ive been struggling endlessly with the network speed & signal strength. Then I spoke to a buddy, who works at a cellphone shop who referred me to the Consumer Protection Act saying that onr have the right to return a phone withing 6 months if not happy with the performance thereof. I feel especially deceived by what the salesperson told me.... "Fast 3G". And was gullible to actually believe him. When I tried return the phone, the manager offered to book in the phone and have the software updated. Which will cost me further loss of income or business growth. Beware not to believe a salesperson out to make a quick commission. Beware of Cash Crusaders! ITS COSTING ME!!! i submitted my first review on them 116 days ago and quickly received a response saying they will escalate the matter but still havent had and suspect I wont have any reply from anyone after this.
