CASH CRUSADERS ELARDUS PARK (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)

I bought a phone brand new Dixon phone from Cash Crusaders Elardus Park, switched it on the first time and it worked. The second time I switched it on, it was not working and I thought it was the charger but it actually was the phone itself. I returned the phone to the shop and they told me that it was going to be repaired and they told me I should wait for 21days. After 21days I went back to collect the phone but they keep coming with excuses and dodging me around like I got the phone from them for free. They even told me that they will call once the phone has been repaired but I am the one who keeps chasing them around wasting my time and petrol. I don't understand why a small phone like the one I bought from them could take so much time to fix. They are very unprofessional and they sell **** goods. Even now they are not calling and I still don't have a phone that I paid for.
