Cash Crusaders Eersteriver

Cash Crusaders Eersteriver still hasn't resolved my issue with them. I wrote a review on this platform on the 26.02.21 and a few days later they rep**** that they will contact me.

Yes they did eventually contact me but till now they haven't found or replaced my Acer wireless mouse and laptop bag. My laptop is still at Cash Crusaders in Eersteriver and seems like they not even bothered.

I even try to call them myself just to remind them that I need to use my laptop however I won't be taking it without the acer mouse and laptop bag that was handed in with it.

I was told by Bianca's superior that they can't find one at all they can only find one oline wich is expensive I told him to make a plan as that is not my problem. He asked how else can he try to fix this I said I don't want any compensation as it's not about the money it's about trust here and I need my items the way I brought them in. If not they have to source an acer wireless mouse and a laptop bag.

I'm telling you till now I'm still waiting. Biance Coetzee is not even calling me anymore hence my laptop is still at Cash Crusaders Eersteriver fully paid R2248.79. I don't owe them anything just that I refused to take the laptop back without the missing items stated above.

When are you guys planning to replace my missing items as I need to use my laptop now??!

If the acer wireless mouse is expensive o line well that is your problem, please don't make it mine as my items got lost under your supervision/management.
