Cash Crusaders Eersteriver

I had handed in my Acer brand new laptop on October 2019 for them to keep and I will take it out on buy back. Every month I was renewing my buyback with a monthly payment of + - R422.00.

To cut a long story short. On Monday 22nd of Feb 2021 I decided to release my laptop on buy back. When they brought my laptop back it wasn't in it's original acer laptop bag it was wrapped in plastic wrap and not even bubble wrapped for in case it gets damaged also the original wireless acer mouse was not there it was missing with the laptop bag.

I was so upset. I asked them how can we trust them if they are so careless with our goods. They told me there is nothing they can do as the buyer that took it in no longer works there, bla...bla...bla. I told them all these months I was paying extension fees according to the value of the items I've brought in, now all to find out some of my items are missing.

Worse part Cash Crusaders Eersteriver is a registered business with the NCR... However their trading standards are not on par.

I was given options of choosing a Dixon mouse and several options of Cash Crusaders Laptop bags. I told them I want my Acer Bag and Acer mouse I was told that won't be possible until I asked them to call their Manager. The lady by the name of Bianca, who is the Store Manager told me that it won't be possible for them to source an Acer mouse as Cash Crusaders doesn't stock them. However I told her to make a plan. As I paid them accodingly now I need my Laptop and original accessories before I take further steps.

They called me yesterday however this time it was a guy who spoke to me to inform me that they can't find an acer mouse they exhausted all stores however they can't find one. He told me what they've decided was to reimburse me with an amount to cover the cost of the mouse so that I can buy it myself. I refused the offer, I told them they must make a plan as I'm definateIy not taking back my laptop without the missing items. I also told him that I find it impossible to believe what his telling me. They must find one as I'm not taking my laptop with out my missing items. Hence my laptop is still at Cash Crusaders Eersteriver and I'm currently on a business trip hence I needed my laptop however had to travel without it since they delaying in sourcing the above mentioned items.

Well today no one called me at all hence I told them Ill be travelling for business purposes hence I need everything in order by today before 10am. No one bothered to call me from their side to even apologize for the delay/inconvenience caused.

In closing I'm still adamant you guys must source an acer wireless mouse and an Acer laptop bag before I take this matter even further!!
