FRANCHISE OWNER _ EDENVALE CASH CRUSADERS THE BUYERS NOT ONLY INSULTED ME BY STATING I BOUGHT ****** GOODS BUT THEN AFTER REQUESTING A BUY BACK (PAPERWORK AS PROOF) THEY SOLD MY ITEMS../ AND AFTER LENGTHY DISCUSSIONS WITH THE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL MANAGER i asked to speak to the owner of the franchise of which Mr Patrick refused to assist me. I feel that I have been ****** from and merely want to explain to the owner from my side as I feel Mr Vincent Ngobo and Patrick has treated us with disrespect and have blatantly ****** the items from me and sold them. Staff extremely unprofessional and pathetic service resulting in loss of over R2000 on my part. Urgently looking for owners contact nr as this will be taken further. Staff sold items on buy back within a week of agreement resulting in me loosing all my items ... did not carry out an instruction i gave them either after informing me it will be done. Resulting in another loss of over R2000. Very unhappy customer Marleen Otto
