Cash Crusaders Edenvale - poor service

Bought a PS4 in December 2022. I have been communicating with A**f**d via WhatsApp *** since the 26th of December 2022. I have had no feed back besides….. let me check with my manager. Last correspondence was the 25th of April 2023 with no reply. Email sent to *** & ***. Including till slip, photos and WhatsApp correspondence. NO REPLY. It was a Christmas present for my son. Christmas day we found that we were unable to play original, brand new PS4 Games that I had purchased. The error message “CE-35290-9 Cannot recognize the disc. Make sure that the disc is not damaged or dirty, and it is not inserted upside-down”. The history on the machine shows that this message has appeared since November 2020. Till slip advises that a Product Test had been done. Sadly, I don’t think the product test that was carried out was thorough. I paid full asking price for this second hand PS4 with no remote controllers included. R4399.90. Excluding courier fees to East London. If I was made aware that this particular PS4 could not play original gaming discs. I would not have bought, or I would not have been prepared to pay R4399.90. Highly annoyed and just want this sorted out!
